Albert Bryan was a prominent photographer in Guthrie Oklahoma until his death in 1982.

The Bryan Studio was located in several locations on Oklahoma Avenue. In 1942 Al Bryan sold

his photography business and his negatives to George Davis. All of these negative were destroyed  years later.

Bryan restarted his photography business in his home at 1002 East Warner in Guthrie

then moved to his location on West Oklahoma avenue. After Al Bryan's death in 1982

his family had an estate sale in 1983. At that time I purchased his negative files. Over the years I

have gleaned from them images of Guthrie Businesses, many of which Bryan took for advertizing.
